MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
Vashti is driven by the conviction that everyone is capable of living a healthy, fulfilling, and authentic life. As both an empathetic clinical intern and a certified trauma-informed coach, she offers a specialized approach to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges. She uniquely combines clinical interventions with practical coaching techniques.
Vashti’s judgment-free approach incorporates evidence-based therapies—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy—alongside person-centered strategies. These are aimed to foster relationship growth, emotional regulation, and trauma recovery.
Currently, Vashti is a Master of Counseling Psychology candidate at Yorkville University, focusing her training on youth mental health, trauma, co-occurring disorder management, couples counseling, and ADHD.Â
