A Safe Space to Talk


If you are looking for a space to navigate these challenges, we have created a group to discuss managing depression and anxiety. You will have the opportunity to discuss your thoughts and feelings about  the pandemic, significant life changes, the excitement and stress that comes with the holidays, and more. 

Topics We'll Discuss


Some topics we will cover can include depression, anxiety, stress, change, isolation, and self-care. Some skills you might learn include anxiety management, stress management, self-care, and more. This group will be beneficial in having a supportive space where you can learn from others.
