I am a Hispanic American who is currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Counseling at Washington Adventist University. As well, I have acquired a Bachelor's in Theology. I strongly believe in the tenets of person-centered therapy where each person can reach their highest potential, self-actualization. However, it will depend on our attitudes on how we manage our emotions and way of thinking.

My experience has primarily been on helping individuals from teens to emerging adults who struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Therapy is reciprocal, so I believe that as I counsel others, it's also ministering to me.

I am held accountable as a counselor-in-training and an ambassador of God's kingdom to support you in life stressors. I am here to offer an environment of nonjudgment, empathy, and unconditional positive regard.
