Meet Your Facilitator

Integrating humanistic and existential frameworks, I create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. I apply various approaches including Narrative Therapy, CBT, ACT, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I also have a background in SEN with children and their families with special learning needs.

My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, recognizing that each individual's path is unique and deserving of personalized care. I believe in treating the whole person, embracing a holistic perspective that considers your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Meet Your Facilitator

Hello! My name is Hillary, and I am currently seeking my Masters in Clinical Mental Health at Bradley University, which is based in Illinois. A big part of their program focus is combining therapy with wellness strategies, for the purpose of producing lasting benefits. My goal is to help clients take charge of their lives through healthy living and meaningful practice. I am happy to be joining the Lartey Wellness team, and I look forward to working with you!
